A) Fenian Brotherhood Inspected Alfred Jenks & Son "Bridesburg" Model 1863 Rifle-Musket

Description:

"1864" dated "BRIDESBURG" marked lock. "IN" stamped left stock flat, indicating ownership by the Fenian Brotherhood who made ineffective raids into Canada (reference p. 331 of George D. Moller's book "American Military Shoulder Arms Volume III"). Includes U.S. socket bayonet.
