A) Winchester Model 61 Slide Action Rifle

Standard takedown model made in 1951 with an 17 groove long forearm and pistol grip stock with a checkered steel buttplate. Blade front sight and replacement adjustable King semi- buckhorn rear sight. Also has an adjustable fold-down rear sight.

ConditionFine. The barrel has 75% original blue finish in protected areas. The magazine tube and receiver retain approximately 80% of the faded original finish with edge wear on the receiver and some thinning on the underside. The wood is excellent with several minor dings on the underside of the forearm and a 3 1/2 inch very shallow crack on the right side wrist, extending back. All markings are clear. Mechanically fine.

Standard takedown model made in 1954 with standard sights, 17 groove flat bottom forearm and smooth pistol grip stock with a checkered steel buttplate.

ConditionExcellent, with 98% of the original blue finish remaining with some light spotting on the top of the barrel, some edge wear on the receiver and light handling marks. The wood is excellent with light scratches and scuffs on the stock and light handling marks on the forearm. All markings are crisp. Mechanically excellent.
