Single bead sight on the barrel, offset onto the upper right flat, with small etched panels at the muzzle and breech, serial number on the underside and a small "crown/ N" proof on the right panel. Liege proofs present on the "harmonic" sliding chamber assembly. The sides of the frame and magazine are covered in etched scrollwork, along with the backstrap, with a double action ring trigger and bright hammer. Grips are smooth bag shaped walnut with engraved screws and a fine Burl grain pattern. These H. In an elaborate oval shaped hardwood case, with decorative edge ribbing, brass border and scroll inlays on the lid, and a red felt lined French cut interior, containing the pistol, bullet mold, powder flask, ramrod, nipple tool, oilers, a barrel shaped capbox and a lidded compartment with round bullets. Very fine as period refurbished, showing 90% of the aforementioned blue, with a gray patina showing in a few areas, some mild edge wear and spotting, and a few handling marks overall. Grips are also period revarnished, with a few mild dents and scratches and a crack present on the upper left panel. Case is fine, with some mild overall wear. Mechanically very fine.
