Description:

Manufactured from 1912 to 1918 with a limited number produced. The top of the barrel is stamped with the standard three line model/address marking and "RD NO 479972" on the underside under the cocking lever. The left rear of receiver is marked "No. 67166" over "2". The cocking lever has a side release button and is mark "PATD 3/4/06". Blade front sight, elevation adjustable rear sight, an adjustable peep sight mounted behind the frame and an adjustable trigger. Mounted on a checkered short sawhandle grip stock with a serrated bare butt.

Rating Definition:

Fine. The barrel and frame retain approximately 40% faded original blue finish with the balance between a smooth brown and smooth gray patina. The cocking lever retains approximately 95% blue finish with the balance a brown patina. The stock is very fine with some minor dings and scratches. The checkering is crisp.
