Winchester produced approximately 67,000 Model 64's between 1933 and 1957. This rifle is essentially an upgraded Model 55 action with an increased magazine capacity and was manufactured in 1949. It features a hooded raised ramp blade front sight and an adjustable rear sporting rear sight. Standard markings on the barrel with Winchester proof marks on the top of the barrel and receiver at the breech, 1/2 tubular magazine and mounted with a smooth forearm with steel end cap and pistol grip stock with a steel checkered buttplate.
