This rifle was the work of John Keller of Carlisle, Cumberland Country, Pennsylvania during the 1820s, later being converted from flint to percussion.

Good overall with a mixed brown patina, scattered handing marks, some pitting, re-oiled stock with mended chip at the toe and a few dings. Mechanically fine.
