Manufactured c. 1873-1890. Rear sight dovetail installed. With wooden case containing a cleaning rod, reloading equipment, and a Spring 2012 issue of "The Black Powder Cartridge News" with an article pertaining to .35-55 Maynard.

Fair as refinished with a grey/brown patina, some pitting, and much of the original finish on the buttplate with an attractive patina on the exposed brass. Wood is good with worn checkering on the stock and forend. Mechanically functions. Reloading tools are very fine.
