Manufactured in 1906. Pinned ivory beaded blade front and folding ladder rear sights with full magazine and two barrel bands. Top of barrel ahead of the rear sight is marked with the two line address/patent date marking with "32-40" at the breech. Factory proof stamped on top of barrel and receiver with three line model/trade mark information on the upper tang and serial number on frame underside. Saddle ring mounted on left side of receiver. Nicely figured smooth walnut forearm and pistol grip stock with crescent buttplate.

Very fine. The carbine retains 70% original blue finish with the balance a smooth gray patina. The lever retains traces of original case colors with the balance a smooth gray patina. The re-oiled wood is very fine with some very scattered minor handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
