Dovetailed blade front sight, single folding leaf rear sight, and a short range tang mounted peep sight. All blue finish with casehardened hammer and lever, and mounted with a smooth walnut forearm and straight grip stock with a steel crescent buttplate.

Rating Definition:

Very good. The barrel, magazine and left side of the receiver are a mix of thin original blue finish and smooth plum patina. The right side of the receiver has been cleaned with an abrasive material and retains original blue finish in protected areas. The hammer and lever have a smooth brown patina. The upper rear tang screw is marred. The wood has been re-varnished and remains very good with a few minor dings and scratches. The stock is a little loose. The markings are crisp and clear. The action is excellent.
