The receiver retains 40% original blue finish with a smooth brown patina on the balance. The extractor retains almost all of the original bright blue finish, while the bolt has a smooth mottled grayish patina. The lever has a smooth gray patina and the buttplate has a smooth brown patina. The wood is also very fine with some scattered minor dings and scratches. The markings are clear and crisp. The action is excellent.
