The left side of the barrel has the three-line address/model/patent marking followed by ".351 CAL." and "WINCHESTER PROOF STEEL" with the factory proof on the barrel and receiver. Blade front and adjustable sporting type rear sights, and smooth pistol grip stock with sling swivels and checkered steel buttplate.

Excellent. The rifle retains 99% original blue finish showing a faint plum patina on the receiver and a few minor handling marks. The wood is also excellent with a few, very minor, handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
