Rating Definition:Very good plus. The rifle retains 30% plus of the original blue finish with a brown patina on the balance. There are a series of scratches on the frame likely from cleaning with an abrasive material along with some small scratches and marks spread throughout and some small patches of light pitting. The buttplate has a mix of gray and brown patina. The wood is very good with some minor pressure marks and light abrasions. Mechanically excellent with clear markings. The bayonet has an even gray patina.
