Formerly from the Peter and Patty Murray collection, this shotgun features a rare straight grip stock and was reportedly used at an English Shooting Club. The barrel features a brass bead front and steel mid bead sights on the concave solid matte rib with 2 3/4 inch chambers and ejectors. The left rear barrel is marked "WINCHESTER 12 GAUGE/2 3/4 CHAM." and the underside of each barrel is marked "WINCHESTER PROOF STEEL" with "MOD" on the right and "FULL" on the left. The water table is marked with the Winchester oval proof on the right side and "MADE IN U.S.A. MODEL 21" over the two line address. The barrel flats are also marked with the Winchester oval proof. Matching serial numbers on the upper tang, barrel flat, forearm hardware and forearm wood. Blue finish, single trigger with gold selector, tang mounted automatic safety and mounted with a nicely figured multi point checkered walnut splinter forearm and straight grip stock with a solid Winchester recoil pad. Very fine as factory refurbished to near mint with only light handling/storage marks on the metal and a few small minor dents on the stock. Mechanically excellent.
