Manufactured in 1948. The left rear of the barrel is marked with the two line address followed by the two line Winchester Trade Mark and "MODEL 74/22 L. RIFLE". The Winchester oval proof is marked on the top of the barrel and receiver at the breech and the serial number is on the left front of the receiver. Dovetailed blade front and adjustable rear sporting sights, blue finish and mounted with a one piece smooth pistol grip stock with a checkered steel buttplate. Comes with the original box numbered to the gun, manual and "The Ten Commandments Of Safety" leaflet.

Near new in box with 99% plus original blue finish remaining, and showing only a few minor handling/storage marks overall. The markings are sharp. The action is fine. The box is fine with some wear, stains and tears.
