The left side of the lower tang is marked "17815 CF", and the butt of the correct replacement stock is marked "94/15684". It is fitted with German silver blade front and elevation adjustable .32 Smokeless rear sights. Mounted with a non-matching assembly number, "I" pattern checkered, pistol grip stock with a hard rubber grip cap and crescent buttplate. The included factory letter confirms the current configuration when received at the warehouse on 19 October 1903 and shipment two days later to order number 205041.
