Offered here is a fantastic later production Marlin Model 93 carbine with vivid case colored receiver. The barrel is fitted with a dovetail beaded blade front sight and an elevation adjustable rear sight and is marked with the two-line address/patent dates legend ahead of the rear sight, "30-30" at the breech, and "SPECIAL SMOKELESS STEEL" on the left. The upper tang has the later production "Marlin/MODEL 93" marking. The top of the receiver is marked "MARLIN SAFETY." The receiver was ordered without a saddle ring. The receiver and lever are casehardened, leaving the remaining surfaces blued. Mounted with nicely figured carbine stock. Provenance: The Milan J. Turk Collection

Excellent plus, retaining 98% plus original blue finish. 99% plus fiery original case colors remain on the receiver. The lever retains 98% plus vivid original case colors. The wood is also excellent showing only a few minor handling marks and nearly all of the original varnish remaining. Mechanically excellent. An exceptional Marlin Model 93 carbine.
