Manufactured in 1929 with standard markings including Winchester factory oval proofs on the shortened 20 inch barrel and receiver at the breech. Fitted with beaded blade front and elevation buckhorn rear sights. Mounted with an 8 3/8 inch, rifle length, smooth forearm and straight grip stock with a crescent buttplate.

Very fine, retains 80% plus of the original blue finish on the receiver with some patches of grey patina, primarily on the bottom, having thinned to a smooth brown patina. The shortened barrel retains 95% original blue. The wood is excellent with a few scattered minor scratches. Mechanically excellent.
