Manufactured in 1891 with a full length magazine, Rocky Mountain front sight, and a later production replacement elevation adjustable notch rear sight. The top of the barrel is marked with address and patent dates in two-lines ahead of the rear sight and "32 Cal." at the breech. The left side of the frame has the Rampant Colt emblem. It is mounted with a multi-point checkered two-piece walnut forearm and smooth straight grip stock with curved steel buttplate.
Fine. 50% of the original blue finish remains with a brown patina where the finish has faded, some light scratches and minor nicks scattered throughout, and some areas of minor oxidation. The muzzle has been cleaned. The wood is very good with a few light dings in the checkering and some light scratches and dings. Mechanically excellent with clear markings.
