Manufactured by Aimco under the OFM LLC name in Huston, Texas as a collaborative project between Klaus Meyer and Ramiro Romo to commemorate the rare cartridge counter Luger. This commemorative was the lowest in production of those designed between the two and produced by Aimco, a total production of a mere fifty pistols. The "fat" style barrel features a dovetailed serrated blade front sight. The chamber is marked "1903/American Eagle/2003" with the DWM logo on the toggle link. The right side of the slide is marked "AMERICAN EAGLE/CAL. 9MM LUGER". OFM Corp. markings and the serial number are marked on the right side of the frame with "100 YEAR/CARTRIDGE COUNTER" engraved on the left. The frame features a grip safety and is fitted with cartridge counter style grips made by Gale Morgan in California. The pistol features an Impreglon Cerakote finish to enhance many of the properties of the pistol as well as achieve a similar look to the rust blue finish of original cartridge counter Lugers. Includes a walnut presentation case with green felt lining and a walnut stand. Provenance: The Klaus Meyer Collection

Rating Definition:

Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original Impreglon finish with limited handling marks and crisp grip checkering. The slide does not lock open on an empty magazine otherwise mechanically excellent. Case is very fine with limited storage and handling marks.
