Manufactured in Atlanta, Georgia, and independently marked and registered as a machine gun prior to the registration cutoff in 1986. In construction, it started as a semi-automatic bolt with appropriate slotting in the body and recoil spring guide to work around the restrictor bar in a semi-automatic receiver, but the firing pin hardware has been modified to act as a fixed pin, and appropriate adjustments for interfacing with a selective fire trigger group.
Very fine as converted to full automatic, with mild cycling wear and strong finish overall. Mechanically excellent. NOTE: This weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 478.
Post front and two-leaf rear sights, with a non-ratcheting semi-automatic top cover, ribbed forearm and pistol grip, and a folding steel buttstock. The trigger housing is full/semi/safe configured with Israeli position markings. The bolt restrictor plate and the barrel support ring are both present and unaltered within the receiver. Included with the set is an unlabeled Action Arms case, a canvas sling and a carbine-length barrel.
Excellent, with 98% of the black finish, showing mild dings and dents on the trigger housing and light handling marks overall. The accessories are in good order. Mechanically excellent.
