The casehardened boxlock action displays light scrollwork and features double triggers (front single set), cocking indicators, and tang mounted manual safety switch. Nicely figured, multi-point checkered forend and pistol grip stock with raised cheekpiece, horn grip cap, and red rubber vent recoil pad. Barrel numbered "268618" and forearm "618." Very fine, retaining 98% original blue finish, 50% original case colors, and light handling evidence. There is some absent around at the triggerguard; otherwise, the wood is very good with a few dings and scratches and mostly crisp checkering. The case is very good. Mechanically excellent.
