Manufactured by John Stemple of Ohio in emulation of the M45 "Swedish K" SMG. Post and peep sights, the latter mounted on a Weaver-style rail, with the Stemple address and model markings on the right side of the magazine well, and the address repeated on the right rear of the receiver tube. A pair of smooth grip panels are installed, with an M3-style magazine catch and telescoping wire stock.

Excellent, with 95% plus matte black phosphate finish, showing mild scratches and handling marks overall. Mechanically very good. NOTE: This weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 479.
